How do you increase engagement levels and encourage Financial professionals to return to a site that had fall out of favour and lost its way?
We were brought in to manage a difficult client relationship on a large scale web build. By the time we were put on the project it was in a bad way. No other creatives wanted to touch it. We turned the whole thing around and gained a great deal of trust from the client.

Online: Website redesign
Brief
Their website was badly in need of and update. Uptake was very low in the US and visually zero in APac. The feeling was that it looked too dry, sterile and static and it was considered to feel too academic and worthy. The brief was make it richer, weightier, stronger and more aggressive.
Solution
We made the thought leadership the hero and presented it in a disciplined colour palette giving the site a premium look with a more energetic, dynamic feel. The result was almost instant, with increased engagement from FTI professionals within the global group. New content uploads increased too.
Our efforts paid off, we regained the clients trust as uptake increased.
